With over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Lara’s skills straddle a broad range of property disciplines including development, banking and construction management. Lara has held senior roles at CBRE and the Commonwealth Bank; specialising in retail, commercial and residential development, the management of property exposures, debt restructuring and the implementation of complex workout strategies; and Marsim, a full service boutique property developer providing exhaustive development and planning experience. Lara is also fully qualified valuer with a track record in residential, retail and commercial property development across New South Wales and Queensland.
